Real estate in the Canary Islands

            If you look at the world map, you will not immediately find the famous Canary Islands there. But if you look closely, then near the western shores of Africa, (near Morocco and Western Sahara), there is an archipelago – the Canaries. They are quite remote from Europe and from Africa, but they belong to Spain and are islands of happiness and peace for many people.

            Far and further away

            The Canary Islands are an archipelago of volcanic origin, as if suddenly appeared in the warm waters of the Atlantic. These are seven large and many small islands, where life is constantly bustling. The islands are inhabited by both Spaniards and the local population. But the people living on this earth are so kind, funny and sympathetic that only pleasant moments of communication with them are waiting for you. In addition, tourism is the main source of income, so every tourist will be treated with care and attention.

          Some of the most famous are Tenerife, Las Palmas, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Gomera, Palma. There are not very many residents here to feel in an overpopulated place, but also not very few so as not to feel lonely – a little more than 2 million.

You will always find something to see here. For example, only the island of Garn Canaria has attractions for every taste: sand dunes, a fishing village, an open-air museum, man-made and natural caves, a seaport, typical Canarian settlements and towns with purely Canarian architecture.  Real estate in the Canary Islands is therefore very popular. It is growing every year, and there are almost no cheap prices. Real estate in the Canaries is bought not only for personal use, but also as an investment.
