Unlike such expensive places as Paris and the Cote d'Azur, the purchase of real estate in other regions of France can be financially profitable and budgetary. When searching and selecting apartments, it is worth paying attention to such areas as:

• Provence, where you can observe landscapes and admire the shades that gave rise to a whole style in decorative and applied art. It will not be difficult to buy a property in the region of France, like Toulon (2 or 3-room apartment, cottage with adjacent territory). For fans of an active lifestyle, this will allow them to join the favorite entertainment of local residents – climbing Mount Faron, and for lovers of secular entertainment – regularly attend concerts and performances held at the Toulon Opera.
• Rhone – Alps. On the territory of this region there are many nature reserves, including the Alps and Lake Geneva, and, consequently, ski and balneological resorts, which makes it not only acceptable for living, but also very profitable when renting apartments. When selecting, it is important to focus on pricing policy: the cost of real estate in the region of France may differ significantly depending on the city in which it is located. For example, a house with a plot of land in Chamonix and Evian-les-Bains will cost the buyer 1.5-2.5 million euros, while identical apartments in Bernex, Chesne-sur-Leman or Port du Soleil will cost about 500-900 thousand euros. When thinking about buying land or commercial properties, it is also worth remembering about the restrictions on building in mountainous areas imposed on owners.
