And the main reason for this is not so much the cold air temperature, but the piercing wind and frequent rains. In November, Spain is quite cold from hurricane-force sea winds, although the temperature can be about 18-20 degrees Celsius, depending on the region. And in Santa Cruz, November temperatures sometimes rise even to 23 degrees Celsius. But because of the wind, it will be difficult for you to enjoy walks along the embankments or sunset by the sea.
