The idea to buy a property in Bulgaria came to me in the summer of 2019. The location of the complex for future housing, the construction time, and the price were also attractive.

The offers turned out to be very tempting for a Russian citizen with an average income. The money for which, for example, two- and three-bedroom apartments on Sunny Beach were offered could be paid for, at best, the corridor of a small-sized St. Petersburg apartment. Meanwhile, like any Russian citizen familiar with the real estate market at Home, I could not hide my suspicion about the intentions of companies offering to buy apartments on such extremely favorable, and therefore unusual for us, conditions. Having experience in communication, I was guided by the principle: "free cheese is only in a mousetrap." Perhaps it is for this reason that my decision to buy an apartment in Bulgaria caused nothing but irony, amounting to bullying and reminders of Russian financial pyramids, on the part of friends and acquaintances. However, the very first meeting with a representative of a Bulgarian developer in St. Petersburg convinced that the idea of becoming the owner of Bulgarian real estate is quite feasible. Special thanks to her for the help and assistance that she constantly provided to me both at the decision-making stage and at the stage of its implementation.

Less than six months after the first communication with the St. Petersburg representative of the developer, my wife and I found ourselves in our Bulgarian apartment, received the keys and within a few hours issued a notarial act confirming our ownership of the apartment. The promptness of resolving issues, the amazing benevolence, hospitality and other virtues of our new Bulgarian friends left a pleasant impression, and the desire to return to my new place of residence as soon as possible has become the habitual state of my whole family. For those who still have doubts, I will say that the advertising descriptions of the complex are quite consistent with reality. I will add my impressions of his visit in early February 2019: the panorama is really picturesque – mountains, sea horizon, and vineyards all around – a sure sign that fine Bulgarian wine is produced here. And most importantly, the place is quite secluded, which means you can hope that in the summer you will rest, and not fight for your one and a half square meters on a crowded beach
