In 2013, the cost of apartments in major cities of Israel rose by 4.6%. The increase in prices was noted in 16 major cities of Israel, except for Kfar Saba - here housing prices remained unchanged.

The report was based on the analysis of data on transactions with apartments in more than a dozen major cities. The analysis affected both transactions in the secondary housing market and purchases of new residential real estate. In total, thousands of transactions were evaluated.

In the light of such conditions, it becomes profitable to buy a house in Israel from the point of view of capital investment - the cost of apartments will certainly not fall, although government agencies are now trying to moderate the situation in the Israeli real estate market.
