Which, moreover, is aggravated by the work of industrial enterprises, automobile emissions and the heating season.

The city administration assures that public transport will be free during the days of restrictions. And the ban will not affect electric vehicles, hybrid cars and those running on natural gas, ambulances and cars with at least three passengers.
