The local authorities of Madrid have issued a lot of building permits over the past month compared to last year. According to the city government, this indicates the expansion of the construction sector and demonstrates its activity. 

At the beginning of 2014 and almost until the end of autumn, 3131 documents were issued for the construction of new buildings that allow them to engage in this activity. And last year, only 3056 permits were issued in total.

According to local Madrid officials, four years ago our city was literally dying from a huge drop in the construction sector, but it did not give up and began to rise quickly. Two years later, the number of permits was issued twice as much as a year ago, and this activated the construction trend.

It is worth noting that for two and a half quarters of this year, almost 25,000 projects were approved in Spain, which is 3.3% more than at the same time in 2013. This information was confirmed by experts who are sure that this is the beginning of the formation of the construction sector in Spain. 

Over the past few years, there has been a rapid increase in real estate prices in the Israeli real estate market, which is why the markets began to gradually fade - the number of sales decreased every month.
