The French city authorities do not agree to the construction of a skyscraper in the historical part of Paris. But at the same time, the mayor does not take into account their decision.

There are enough skyscrapers in France, but almost all are located in the same Defense district, but there are very few of them in the central part of the capital. The only thing Paris can boast of is the Eiffel Tower.

In the 1970s of the last century, the construction of skyscrapers was banned in the central part of France, and so far no one has lifted the ban, even though the former mayor tried so hard to do it. Paris residents rejoice at this ban, they believe that it will have a bad effect on their city, and will change its face for the worse.

Now the current mayor is working on lifting the ban, like his previous colleague, and wants to get permission to erect a building of 180 floors, precisely in the historical place of the capital. Recently, the deputies held a secret ballot, which showed that they did not want to allow construction, but the mayor believes that everything is rigged and therefore decided to go to court. The construction of a multi-storey building will not only give Paris extraordinary beauty, but also provide many jobs. 

Over the past few years, there has been a rapid increase in real estate prices in the Israeli real estate market, which is why the markets began to gradually fade - the number of sales decreased every month.
