The main reason for the adoption of this law was the appearance of increased demand for real estate expats who work in Dubai.

At the moment, all foreigners can buy living space only in "cluster areas" where investments are made. In the near future, an office space is planned to be opened in Tiatla, where foreign buyers will be able to sign a contract for the purchase of real estate in the UAE. This type of lease will be concluded for 100 years, which allows you not to worry about your house or apartment.
