EU to give Bulgaria money for metro construction
The European Union intends to allocate Sofia will receive free funds, which is 400 million euros, as part of the infrastructure development project for the next 6 years. Work on the development of the metro is already actively underway, and more than 70% has been completed.
The Minister of Transport said that a certain amount of money that will help implement the transport program has already been calculated and sent to Brussels for signing in the near future. This program from the European Union will improve the transport infrastructure, create modern terminals, organize traffic efficiently, and increase the safety of vehicles.
