The main reason for such a sharp increase in foreigners is the possibility of free education in higher educational institutions. Experts say that this is normal, and in another ten years the number of foreigners may increase at least twice. Indigenous people also choose large cities to live in, no one wants to live in small provinces, most go to cities where the number of people is high. A lot of Finns this year became interested in real estate in Torrevieja and today are among the top ten active home buyers in Spain.
