Tourist Guide to Italy from - Prorealproperty

The largest city in the famous Abruzzo region (Italy) is Pescara. In Pescara, without exaggeration, there is everything! Despite its far from central geographical location, Pescara is rightfully the most significant city place in the Abruzzo region.

The greatness of the city is not manifested in the number of local residents, which is just over 120 thousand. The "power" of Pescara in an excellent economic environment, developed infrastructure, magnificent beaches, a huge number of attractions, the widest opportunities for lovers of downhill skiing, etc.

The key to the popularity of the city is its favorable geographical location and incredibly beautiful nature. Pescara is located on the Adriatic coast and boasts one of the longest beaches in southern Italy. The splendor of the beaches attracts tens of thousands of tourists like a magnet. Here you can meet people from various European countries and not only.

Pescara Beach stretches north and south at the same time. There are places where the width of the beach is about 140 m (in the area of the Pineta Nature Reserve). However, the most popular place is considered to be the site where Corso Umberto I (the main street of the city) opens onto the embankment.

In addition to "beach" entertainment in the form of volleyball, getting a golden tan, Pescara can surprise with a large number of establishments that will delight "party goers" and specialists in the field of shopping.

Closer to the center of Pescara there are a lot of entertainment venues. Children's entertainment centers, cafes, restaurants, equipment rental for sports, diving are located directly in the beach area. Also, there are more remote beaches that are literally created for diving.

Any tourist has the opportunity to visit all kinds of excursions, getting acquainted with the sights of Pescara. Despite the small size of the town, there are a huge number of ancient buildings and cultural objects that arouse genuine interest among visitors.

Mandatory for visiting the sights of Pescara are the following objects.

Basilica of the Madonna of the Seven Sorrows

According to local legend, there used to be an oak grove here, where shepherds drove their flocks. One day a real miracle happened in this place - the appearance of a picture of the removal of Jesus from the cross right on one boulder of the oak grove. Near the body of Jesus, the Virgin Mary was depicted, whose heart was pierced with seven swords - symbols of the sorrows she had experienced. It is not surprising that after such a miracle, a small chapel was immediately erected, which was later replaced by a basilica.

St. Sylvester 's Church

This object was created in the XVI century and was dedicated to the saints Pope Sylvester and John the Baptist. In those distant years, the church served as a real refuge for those fleeing from the elements, wars.

Madonna of Fire

According to historians, the statue of the Virgin Mary holding the little Jesus was erected in the XVII century. It is installed in a church located in the mountains. This is due to the fact that earlier there was a temple of the goddess Vesta, who protected the hearth and sacrificial fire. The temple was built at the time of the growing momentum of Christianity, so it is located so far away. Gradually, Vesta became a Fiery Madonna. Today, almost all Abruzzo tourists come to see this statue.

Renaissance Square

Renaissance Square is the center of Pescara. More recently, it was decorated with the work of Vicentino Michetti - a sculpture of an elephant. However, recently the city received an unusual gift - a modern fountain in the form of a glass enclosed in a transparent polymer cage. The fountain was designed by Toyo Ito, a world-famous architect from Japan.

Sea Bridge

Its construction began in 2009. The sea Bridge connected two parts of Pescara, which lay on opposite sides of the river. Today it is the brightest part of the local landscape. The length of the bridge is 465 m, and the sophistication of the design may surprise the experienced architects. The pedestrian area of the bridge is an ideal place to observe the city panorama and the surrounding area.

"Bourbon Bathhouse"

The "Bathhouse" is the oldest prison, including the remains of Byzantine and Norman buildings. The Folk Museum is located here, which has absorbed a large number of historical evidences of the Abruzzo region. The oldest certificate is more than 6000 years old.

"Ship"

This object is considered the main city monument, created by the sculptor Pietro Cascella and opened in 1987. The material of the monument is Carrara marble. The sculpture is monumental and rather schematically depicts a large rowing boat. It serves as a symbol of the fishing traditions of Pescara and a reminder of the plight of prisoners who acted as a free rowing force.

"Koppa Acerbo"

The length of the "Koppa Acerbo" - a racing track, is more than 24 kilometers. This acts as a kind of Formula 1 record. The track has long been abandoned by athletes, however, it is not forgotten by night street racers. Here tourists will be able to feel like a real racing driver.

Monument to Enzo Ferrari

In continuation of the theme of car racing, we cannot forget about the Pescara monument to the genius and the great creator of incredible cars. The monument owes its existence to Jarno Trulli, the famous Formula 1 pilot, for whom Pescara is the birthplace.

Over the past few years, there has been a rapid increase in real estate prices in the Israeli real estate market, which is why the markets began to gradually fade - the number of sales decreased every month.

Israel as an excellent real estate market for foreigners has been open for more than six years. Due to the rise in real estate prices in 2020, many, especially Russians - due to the abolition of the visa regime, are eager to invest in Israel's growing housing.

The Real Estate Valuation Department of the Israeli Ministry of Justice provided the public with such information. In major cities: Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and others, the cost of housing continues to rise.

Good news for those who intend to buy an apartment in Jerusalem or find a good ground for investment! The Jerusalem Mayor's Office has approved the construction of more than five hundred new properties in the city.

The incessant rise in housing prices in Israel in large cities leads to the fact that fewer and fewer people have the opportunity to purchase it. Therefore, the popularity of the real estate market of large Israeli cities is gradually falling. Especially after the coronavirus. People have no money left at all.

Alupka is a small, but very attractive seaside town for foreign tourists. Being very close to other resort centers - Yalta, Simeiz, this city has found something to stand out, and therefore there are always many people who want to buy a house in Alupka.

How to buy a house in Yalta.  Real estate prices in Crimea remain stable, and the purchasing power of citizens is falling - in light of this, it is a sin not to take advantage of the opportunity and not buy a house in Yalta - one of the most popular Crimean resort cities.

It would seem a stupid question - what can you have fun in such a popular, fashionable and developed resort as Alanya? But many tourists who come here do not know half of the entire entertainment potential of the city, so it is worth briefly describing it.

Surely everyone who has only recently been able to buy a house in Mahmutlar, there was a need to purchase a large number of things. The residents of the town have a great opportunity to help each other, sell unnecessary things and buy necessary things from neighbors! Booking a table for sales cost only 5 lire.

Turkish Alanya can rightfully claim to be the "sunniest" resort: the number of sunny days here is rarely less than three hundred. The climate in Alanya is warm, there is no sea hardness, cold winds.
