Bulgaria, residence permit

in order to stay here to live.

The very first of the questions that are asked in this case is, of course, how to get a residence permit?

The stay of foreigners in Bulgaria is divided into several statuses, short-term, long-term, long-term and permanent. For tourists and property owners who want to spend no more than 90 days in the country for half a year, the first status is suitable. If you want to spend a period of one year in Bulgaria, then you should get a residence permit.

Of course the status inBulgaria has a residence permit, it is only a temporary residence permit on the territory of Bulgaria, but the rights and opportunities of this status are quite sufficient for comfortable stay, and even work, for foreign citizens.

A residence permit gives the right to visa-free visits to the country, the right to receive education, allows you to conduct business on the territory of Bulgaria, as well as to purchase real estate without land to individuals, or housing with land to firms and representative offices.  This status facilitates and accelerates obtaining a Schengen visa, you can also invite other foreign citizens on a private visit, get loans from banking institutions, gives the right to medical care.

Foreigners, together with a residence permit, receive all civil rights, on an equal basis with Bulgarian citizens, except for the right to vote, and the rights of EU citizens.

In addition, the status of a residence permit is also received by spouses, as well as minor children.

The annual extension of the residence permit status, which allows you to stay in Bulgaria for a year, is allowed. With a permanent extension of the residence permit for five years, a foreign citizen is entitled to the status of a long-term stay in Bulgaria.

In 2013, Bulgaria plans to enter the Schengen agreement, which will allow foreigners with a residence permit to move freely throughout Europe.

The basis for obtaining a residence permit in Bulgaria, according to the law "On Foreigners", can be:

- registration of foreign firms and individual entrepreneurs in the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry;

- implementation of entrepreneurial activity on the territory of Bulgaria of entrepreneurial activity, with the creation of at least 10 jobs;

- the presence of foreign specialists on the territory of Bulgaria, on the basis of international agreements;

- undergoing a long course of treatment, in medical institutions in Bulgaria, subject to the availability of funds, for accommodation and treatment;

- accreditation of foreign journalists by the Bulgarian side;

- implementation of free practice;

- for pensioners, high financial security;

- work on the territory of the country under an employment contract;

- marriage ties with a foreigner who has the status of permanent residence, or with a Bulgarian citizen;

- financial security of the parents of a Bulgarian citizen or a foreigner with the status of permanent residence;

- family member of Bulgarian citizens;

- a family member of foreigners who have a permit for a long stay in the country;

- the status of a victim of human traffic.

It must be remembered that the acquisition of real estate in Bulgaria does not give the right to the status of a residence permit, however, this circumstance is taken into account and gives an advantage when submitting documents.

Over the past few years, there has been a rapid increase in real estate prices in the Israeli real estate market, which is why the markets began to gradually fade - the number of sales decreased every month.

Israel as an excellent real estate market for foreigners has been open for more than six years. Due to the rise in real estate prices in 2020, many, especially Russians - due to the abolition of the visa regime, are eager to invest in Israel's growing housing.

The Real Estate Valuation Department of the Israeli Ministry of Justice provided the public with such information. In major cities: Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and others, the cost of housing continues to rise.

Good news for those who intend to buy an apartment in Jerusalem or find a good ground for investment! The Jerusalem Mayor's Office has approved the construction of more than five hundred new properties in the city.

The incessant rise in housing prices in Israel in large cities leads to the fact that fewer and fewer people have the opportunity to purchase it. Therefore, the popularity of the real estate market of large Israeli cities is gradually falling. Especially after the coronavirus. People have no money left at all.

Alupka is a small, but very attractive seaside town for foreign tourists. Being very close to other resort centers - Yalta, Simeiz, this city has found something to stand out, and therefore there are always many people who want to buy a house in Alupka.

How to buy a house in Yalta.  Real estate prices in Crimea remain stable, and the purchasing power of citizens is falling - in light of this, it is a sin not to take advantage of the opportunity and not buy a house in Yalta - one of the most popular Crimean resort cities.

It would seem a stupid question - what can you have fun in such a popular, fashionable and developed resort as Alanya? But many tourists who come here do not know half of the entire entertainment potential of the city, so it is worth briefly describing it.

Surely everyone who has only recently been able to buy a house in Mahmutlar, there was a need to purchase a large number of things. The residents of the town have a great opportunity to help each other, sell unnecessary things and buy necessary things from neighbors! Booking a table for sales cost only 5 lire.

Turkish Alanya can rightfully claim to be the "sunniest" resort: the number of sunny days here is rarely less than three hundred. The climate in Alanya is warm, there is no sea hardness, cold winds.
