However, "viage" is a great option for starting a business soon - here you need to pay much less than the object itself costs.

The second form is "Leaseback". A foreign buyer will not be able to live here all year round, but when buying, VAT is refunded to him - and this is slightly less than 20% of the amount. At a time when the buyer is not in the country, the management company rents the object, transferring income to the owner of the housing. Another advantage of this form of purchase is that special lending programs allow you to take out a mortgage in the amount of up to 70% of the cost of the object.
