Every driver in Bulgaria celebrates the abolition of the use of radars on the roads, according to the decision of the Court of Appeal in Bulgaria. Zinaida Zlzanova has filed a petition to the court to eliminate radars on the roads of Bulgaria. She believes that mobile radar may be biased in transmitting information for the reason that a person can interfere with the activity of the device.
The court agreed with the arguments presented by the Bulgarian Minister of Justice, and therefore a ruling was issued according to which only radar recording, carried out without human intervention, can serve as an argument. The Court's Office informed that the ruling could come into force only two months later. Changes in the construction sector are also coming in Bulgaria.
